The Long Island Open is the longest running racquetball tournament in the Northeast. This year, the event returned to World Gym in Bay Shore, New York, and played host to one of the strongest open divisions in recent memory. More than 25+ of the top players in the region competed throughout five grueling rounds of competition and put on a show for the fans.
The tournament was dominated, however, by Nick Montalbano, a former professional player who is local to Long Island. Nick did not drop a game all weekend, and showcased his talents in front of a hometown crowd of friends and family.
